Great board for beginners!
I had heard of Odyssey Boards since a few years ago, but only recently after surfing during my holiday in Bali did I start getting interested in getting a surf-skate. I popped into their pop-up store while I was in the area, and got myself the Nalu V2, which has proven to be a great board for a beginner like myself. It's got plenty of standing space thanks to its length, with nice turning responsiveness, though the pumping ability may not be as great as compared to the Canggu/Uluwatu boards that I tried out. That said, it's still a gorgeous board that rides well, and would recommend to anyone looking to try surf-skating. As you go along, you can always upgrade parts like wheels and trucks to modify your experience.

Had been thinking of getting a longboard for quite some time, affordability (mainly due to shipping) and quality factor were huge considerations for me. Came across Odyssey boards and after doing some of my own research, I came to realize that their boards were the absolute dealbreaker. After receiving the board and taking it outdoors, I would definitely say that it’s a good first experience that I won’t forget and also, 10/10 would recommend to any peers who seek a starting point for their longboardinf journey in the future.
