Paying homage to Singapore, the Sea Lion was inspired by the view of our iconic Merlion at sunset. The name is also a wordplay on sea lion - instead of the marine mammal we all know and love, the design showcases a playful lion exploring the vast ocean. It represents a bold foray into an uncharted environment, and letting it shape our life's adventure.

With a gentler concave and a wider kicktail, the Sea Lion provides stability whether you're switching between dancing or freestyle tricks.

Even lighter and stronger deck for aggressive tricks

We've moved to a vertically laminated wood core, which leverages the combined sturdiness of the wood's grain. This creates a natural, long-lasting flex compared to traditional horizontally laminated wood; and a deck that's exponentially stronger for its weight. 

Multiple wheelbases for multiple styles & longer life

We created 3 wheelbase options on each side - giving you a total of 9 different ways to position your trucks. With the wider option, you'll enjoy a flexier deck for dancing. With the narrower option, you'll get a stiffer deck with a more responsive pop. Furthermore, you can even narrow your wheelbase as your kicktails wear off to maximize the deck life.

Cutout griptape for smooth and flowy dancing

The griptape has been upgraded to an even grippier surface, and now only covers the rails and the tails of the deck. This gives you the freedom for all your longboard dance moves, without sacrificing the grip you need when executing powerful freestyle tricks.
